2023 silverado radio problems
Hi all, Just bought a 2023 Silverado 2500 WT 4x4. It now has 225 miles on it. Since I've had it (5 miles) the screen has been acting strange. It will blink and flash and sometimes just shut off all together. Generally the radio still works and the controls do too. Screen is just black. Sometimes the screen will work but will end up flashing.In a complaint dated February 16, 2023, the owner of a 2023 Silverado 1500 stated that the truck “does not brake when any object enters the safety brake zone.”. This leads the driver to lose safe distance while driving. But there is no resolution, because, according to the complaint, the dealer is unable to fix the problem.

Same with mine, 22 refresh, but I notice primarily on XM, almost always after I start it up blanks for a second or two about a minute after music starts. As far as OP’s original problem, I hard rebooted the music “app” in settings and it seemed to make the freezing radio problem go away, at least for now. Just bought a 23 elevation 2.7 last week and ran into this frustrating problem today. I am looking into it now that I see this, but god damn.
