Nov 16, 2021 · Huh" If you have the Stream app quit saying DirecTV. You are making this very confusing. DirecTV and DirecTV Stream are 2 different services with different login credentials. They are not cross platform acceptable.The service has been having a lot of outage the last few days. Most are receiving a "Care Code 600", black screens, and connection problems. There are many posts in the forum by subscribers on all devices. You might try and search the forum and get acquainted with the issues taking place.

I can log into my ATT/DIRECTV account on computer, but same login info will not work on other Apple devices (Apple TV, iPad, iPhone).
