A Comcast/XFinity Cable line is down, hanging almost to the ground, and blocking a neighbor's driveway (they are not XFinity customers). Automated services are no use and no one will properly escal...It ripped the soffit/eaves where it attached to the house and tore a path down the corner of the house. It drooped over the roadway and what I thought was a power line before leading into the house. Naturally, I called 1-800-COMCAST, 1-1800-XFINITY and every other number I could find.
