I admit I feel that my P30L trigger could use a little work. HK VP9, P2000SK 9mm, P2000 9mm, 45c, USP 45 SS (sold), P30L, Mark 23 & PCS 9.However, HK has returned to the striker fire market with a world class combat gun. Out of twelve categories, the VP9 won seven compared to the Walther s two (three were ties). Practically everything the Walther does well, I feel the HK does a little better. The Walther won two categories, controls and field stripping.The slide on the HK VP9 is chamfered at the top is filleted at the top, while there’s a chamfer with a hard edge on the SIG P320. That makes the HK VP9 just slightly more comfortable in the hand but I’m really nitpicking to find a difference. I would say the HK VP9 is slightly better than the Sig P320, but not by much at all.
