Folk gang
Folk Nation is an alliance of street gangs originating in Chicago, Illinois established on November 11, 1978. The gang alliance uses the number 6 to represent itself and is known for it's founder (Larry Hoover) and rivalry with the fellow gang alliance, People Nation. An alleged Folk Nation rival, Theodore Senior, 23, was killed and five other alleged Folk Nation members were shot and injured. Dekattu is charged with the murder and his co-conspirators, including Michael Williams and his sister, Crystal Williams, are charged with being part of the conspiracy to commit murder, for this incident and others.
