I'd be willing to jump on the 376450 bandwagon. Mortec.com lists a 376450 for a 75-81 262/267/305 engine with six or seven exhaust bolt holes and 60cc chambers. The info Mortec lists coincides with the casting date and engine you say your heads came from. They do not list a 378450 on their site.

The 882 heads are smog heads from '74 to '80 and not very well regarded, but neither are stock '85 heads - if you can find out more about the 882's they may be better than your stock '85 heads - ie not only polished & ported but if milled so they will give higher compression and if valves were changed to 2.02 etc theyI figured that maybe I should get a custom plate for this car MM350 because it will be a mild mannered 350. 9.6 to 1 compression, mild roller cam and alloy heads, 600 cfm carb and shorty headers (the original rams horns were changed out by the PO when one of them cracked). All you need is a good set of 64 cc chamber double-hump heads and .015" or .020" thick shim headgaskets w/ a Q-Jet top end and a true dual exhaust and you will get her up to 275/300hp. Add a 268/270/272 cam and you will be up at 330 hp. Add headers and above 350 hp. pdq67.
