Shiloh Sharps has a rich history dating back to 1976 when the company was founded in Farmingdale, New York. The company eventually moved to Big Timber, Montana in the mid-80s, where it continued its work. Shiloh Sharps Rifles began production in 1983, becoming the recognized leader in the quality production of black powder rifles.The crown could be recessed or the barrel would need to be cut and re-crowned. After which the company moved to Big Timber, Montana and the first rifle was produced in January of 1984,then split shortly after to C.
