It seems like simpler is better. The Lectron didn't take long to adjust, move the carb sideways, remove 3 bolts/slide & 1/4 turn leaner/richer with metering rod tool. Max time like 10 mins. The Lectron is the only other one still surviving. Generally you can't get top and bottom end tuned well at the same time , hence the power jet. You can get a Mikuni TM 40 pumper for $250 new.
