I was 1cm at 28, 2 cm at my next appointment then from there I don't remember when I hit 3 cm but it was with in 1 to 2 appointments so 34 to 36 weeks, somewhere in there.

Think about a balloon of water inside another balloon- she placed her finger in the neck of the balloon and slowly went around in a circle to separate the balloons.
