I use it with the 4 gears stock gearbox or a 5 gears custom racing gearbox.All the suspensions and others parameters seems to work in the right direction in GT7 , with more or less effect than expected (narrow setting window for some). I've never considerate real life settings or the amount of this specific setting when i set a car. I only apply what i think necessary in this setting window.Do at least tune them to Praianos brilliant tunes. For pre v1.23 tunes just add sone weight at -50 to get to the desired PP. On older tunes also check the ride height, and adjust accordingly.

Refuel to 100%, change tyres if you are not confident in your tyremanagement. 8 laps shortshifting at 7000RPM and finish. Rim's size has effect to PP and stability values! For me the exact PP and speed stability values on the screenshot can be reached only with 19" standard (not wide!) rim width and offset.
