Depends on how you want to play. There are a lot of people who will say that Gaige is useless without anarchy, but if you don't feel it fits your playstyle, then you can honestly spec into the BFF tree and be perfectly competent. This guide does a really good job of explaining the good and bad parts of Gaige and what skills are worth the points.Use multi pellet weapons for tge most value with anarchy and close enough, quads, bushwacks, hulks, ravagers, maggie, hail, pimpernel, and mainly the fibber are huge on gaige. Each Anarchy stack increases Gun Damage but decreases Accuracy. All Anarchy stacks are lost by prematurely reloading or quickly decay in Fight for your Life. Gun Damage: +1.75% /stack. Accuracy: -1.75% /stack.IIRC it only holds up combined with the anarchy or bff trees. You need either the extra survivability or extra damage to be able to make it work.
