Bh209 varies from batch to batch. 1st off-- don't use their plastic tubes to measure-- buy an actual bp measure that goes up to at least 150gr--- find an accurate load by volume using a real measure, then do 2 things-- weigh it ( I've gotten anywhere from .7 to .77 gr/volume) and secondly chronograph it so when you buy a new bottle you can duplicate the load by speed/accuracy not weight or volume.If memory serves me correctly it is 66 grs by weight. I can weigh if you like. They claim you should use a 209 shotgun primer but I cannot imagine a magnum rifle primer not workng. 4198 should work well also. I use it in my 458 and my 450 Marlin (essentially a 45-70) with the same 463 gr bullet.
