I've been helping people clear Malenia with the blade. It takes some setup but it does melt her. I use golden vow and flame Grant me strength incantations, then use wondrous physick that boost fire damage. Finally for talismans I use fire scorpion, shard of alexander, ritual sword talisman, and Godfrey icon. I'm hitting around 3400 with the WA.The Blasphemous Blade can be obtained by beating Rykard Lord of Blasphemy and securing their Remembrance.
