I am making a mob farm arena and I need the floors and walls to be creeper proof so I decided to go with waterlogged stairs or something but I am wondering if mobs can even spawn on upside-down stairs or top half slabs or any waterloggable block for that matter if not then ill probably just have to make the floor obsidian or something.
