Water Service Line Verification Project. EA's Water Service Line Verification Project will take inventory of all water service lines in our service territory through Fall 2024. JEA is a community-owned electric, water and sewer utility located in Jacksonville, Florida dedicated to improving lives and building community. Household Bulk collections are from Monday to Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm. Residents should have all acceptable household items curbside by Monday 7:00 am during the scheduled week.
