I was doing a little compareing between my subcompact 45acp pistols. Both weigh 21oz on my scales. Both have 1 inch wide slides ( give or take a hair) Both 10+1. The 30S grip is .25 inch thicker. The 145 grip is .25 inch longer. The 30S slide is .75 inch longer. 1. GX4, GX4XL.The 30 & 30sf are identical in every way, except for the 2mm smaller backstrap on the 30sf, which the 30S uses the exact frame as the 30sf..so the only difference between the 30/30sf and the 30S is the slide on the 30S is thinner...It's almost the same width as the 9mm/40s&w slides.
