if you missed out grabbing the covenant in the Undead Settlement b4 you killed the Curse-Rotted Greatwood, then you are SoL until NG+ or you make a new character to get the covenant. short of doing either of these. you can always try farming the shackles from the catacombs. some of the skeletons have a small % chance to drop them.So I just recently redid these covenant grinds and for whatever, "From Soft Reasons" this did seem to make a difference I did the first 10 shackles normally before I stumbled on the post and then in the time it took me to get the first 10 I got the last 20 all in total about 3.5 hours grinding give or take for each covenant.The Vertebra Shackle is a Covenant related item found in Dark Souls 3.
