So I started up a new game of skyrim, I wanted to do The Unquiet Dead quest first to establish a homestead. I do have several mods in the game but the quest worked for one of my other play throughs. Every time I kill the ghost and grab his letter, the quest won't trigger like its suppose to.Goldenhills useful potions instead of cash potions. Obviosuly if you want max money the potion to make is Mora Tapinella + Scaly Pholiota + Creep Cluster. This makes the most valuable farmable potion. If you hate the creep cluster harvesting then the next best thing would be Dragon's Tongue + Fly Amanita + Mora Tapinella.The ghost may also not appear there because of a bug. If you didn't kill the wolves, its possible to ask the (Rorikstead) innkeeper for work, until she gives the "Restless Spirits" bounty letter. This should start The Unquiet Dead and prompt the ghosts to appear on the farm. Sometimes the quest still will not start this way due to a bug.
