I waited too long before seeing I had to reupload my save before the elevator scene at Clouds and didnt want to lose my progress so I kept playing with it hoping they would either fix it soon or it would go away.Pc players are able to download a mod to fix it. For us console players it seems like we just have to live with this headache until it gets patched. Some of the fixes people say work are. Getting drunk then sleeping and then saving and restarting the game, going into the water and as you tried reloading an earlier save.It happend to me once, that effect didnt go away. It's been 4 hours just trying to fix it. I went to sleep, tried joytoy, tried another mission, tried restarting game. I can't even go back to my old save because I don't have a save during that mission. So I'm literally stuck with a stupid buggy screen for the rest of my play through. When you get out of the elevator, crawl out. When the dialogue starts, jump through the whole dialogue as quickly and fast as you can by spamming the skip button, always take the first answer.
