So I have done some research on this forum and found that the 4300 series has a issue with snapping the range selector shaft on the side of the case. In result you need to take off the rockshaft assembly to access the pin ot remove and reinstall the new range shaft. Deere wants $86.00 hour labor and said it's a 12-14 hr job.

Jul 26, 2020 · The lift issue just started a week ago. Before then the loader had lots of power as aside from the sloppy SCV pivot blocks, I have had no issues. I have seen the lft drop as soon as i pull back on the stick for lift from a low height at low rpm. Perhaps one of the load checks is bad. Borrow a voltmeter and check the voltage on the terminal of the solenoid when you turn it on. Should be pretty close to 12 volts. I pulled the starter relay and can jump start it from the two side posts but I replaced the relay and still no luck.
