Nest thermostat e74 error
The Nest's battery was dead, so I removed it and charged with USB. The wires are all connected correctly in the base unit, but a voltage tester is showing no power. The equipment screen is showing no power to "Rh" and code e74.I just bought a Nest Learning Thermostat from Costco today to replace my Honeywell T40, which was working fine. After installing the Nest, I'm seeing E74 errors, not sure what the problem is. This is a newly built house, so not an age related failure. Do you have any ideas? Before Install. After Install. error

No it works for typical heat / ac just fine. If you are using Rh, you will connect to C, R and W at the furnace. And the Rh and W wires from the thermostat connect to the other side of the adapter.
