One centimeter dilated at 36 weeks
Feb 22, 2011 at 3:09 PM. I wasn't dilated or effaced at 36 weeks and now at 38 weeks I'm only 1 cm dilated. : (. I know they say that it this doesn't tell you much because you can be 3 cm for weeks or go from 0 to 3 in a few hours but I can't help but feel like my progress is very slow. I don't have an answer but I'm in a similar situation. I'm 1 cm and 50% effaced.
