Not sure why you would blame SCCY for an issue like that with a used pistol. I have sold at least 20 CPX 1s and 2s and have never had a lock-back problem. I would bet the farm that the previous owner was to blame. The fix is relatively simple. You mark the place where the back of the trigger hits the poly.
