"Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" My first review was last year ~ May 2021, and the recent one was yesterday Nov. 30th, 2022. I checked my USCIS Account, nothing new under the document section, my case history has somewhat been removed to simply: Receipt Date and recent Actively Reviewed Date.
